The social dividend model is in its last year of monitoring. During this journey several items, in the four programmes, made particularly good progress towards the targets set for 2020, namely:
Employee leave on special days, takeaway meals, Home office, the Early Friday/ Late Monday initiative, digital communication with the clients and cultural patronage - target already surpassed.
This performance allowed the Social Dividend model to reach 187 points out of the 200 points to be achieved in 2020.
