The loans are targeted for appropriate, permanent, second-home or buy-to-let accommodation for a loan length of less than 30 years (provided that the age of the mortgage holders does not exceed 75 years at the end of the mortgage).
Spreads from 2.3% without the need to purchase additional products.
There is an exemption from Life Insurance for all these mortgages (this is optional according to the client's wishes and the Insurer's acceptance).

  • FINANCE FOR HOUSE PURCHASE + IMPROVEMENTS WORKS

    Up to 75% of the estimate of the property asset to be purchased, including the Works Estimate.
