The Investor Relations is responsible for ensuring that the market has regular access to all the information on results, events or any other material facts concerning novobanco that may be of interest to the financial community in general. The Investor Relations also clarifies questions and provides information to investors and analysts.

The Representative for the Relations with the Market and the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) is responsible for the relations with the market and for filing information through CMVM, issuing announcements and or material information.
