A convention transfer is an automatic operation that occurs between the checking account and the savings account in a service account that has Automatic Treasury Management.

You can obtain proof of NIB/IBAN through novobanco Online or the App.
novobanco Online: Access the Daily Operations menu » Accounts » NIB/IBAN/SWIFT. Click on "View", enter your email address, and click "Send E-mail".
App: Access the main menu » Account Inquiries » IBAN. Click and then select the "send IBAN" option to send an email. Complete the operation by selecting "Send".

You can obtain proof of transactions carried out through Direct Channels via novobanco Online or the App.
novobanco Online: Access the Daily Operations menu » Accounts » Operations History. You will obtain a table with the transactions performed, and in the last column, click on "select" to access the proof.
App: Access the main menu » Account Inquiries » Transaction History. Then select the transaction for which you want the proof. At the bottom of the screen, you will have the option to "View Proof". You can download it to your phone.

 

In novobanco Online, it is possible to change the mobile number defined for Additional Security. You should access the Personal Settings and Security options » Security » Additional Security via SMS » Activate/Change mobile number. After entering the new mobile number, complete by clicking the Continue button. The change is not immediate and must be confirmed by entering a confirmation code that you will receive by mail at the address associated with the account.
App: Access the main menu » Settings » Additional Security » Activate/Change mobile number.

In novobanco Online and the App, you can certify frequent beneficiaries of transfers you make so that the process is easier for future operations.
novobanco Online: You can do this in the Daily Operations menu » Transfers » Bank Transfers » Domestic and Euro Zone transfers.
App: General Menu » Transfers » Transfer » National and Eurozone. After entering the beneficiary's name and IBAN, select the "Certified Beneficiary" option.

In novobanco Online, it is possible to assign names to your accounts and select which ones you want to view. You should access Personal Settings and Security » Presentation » Personal Settings and Security » Customize Account Names. After selecting the accounts to be viewed and assigning them the desired names, confirm by clicking the "Change" button.

The service payment operation is automatic, so the Bank cannot cancel it. You should contact the entity to which the payment was made.

The top-up operation is automatic, so the Bank cannot cancel it. You should contact the entity to which the payment was made.

When an amount is debited from the account with the indication "direct debit" and you disagree, you have 47 working days to request it’s refund. This operation can be performed via novobanco Online » Daily Operations Menu » Payments and Top-Ups » Direct Debits » View Scheduled Mandates » select the "Paid" status. By making this selection, all charges made in the last month will be displayed. For more specific information, you can select the fields "Between dates" and "Authorization Number". After selecting the direct debit you want to revoke, click "Revoke".
App: Main menu »  Account Inquiries » Direct Debits » Transactions » Select the order you want to recover » “Revoke”. You can only revoke orders that have already been liquidated.

Through novobanco Online, you can cancel Direct Debit Authorizations. To perform this operation, access the Daily Operations Menu » Payments and Top-Ups » Direct Debits » View/Change/Cancel. You should click on "View Detail" and then on "Cancel".
App: Main menu »  Account Inquiries » Direct Debits » My direct debits » select the order you want to cancel » “Cancel Authorization”.

Through novobanco Online, you can create a Standing Order, setting the transfer frequency to a specific account. To perform the operation, access the Daily Operations Menu » Transfers » Standing Orders » Create a Standing Order.
App: Main menu » Transfers » Standing Orders » Create standing orders. 

Through novobanco Online and the App, you have the option to manage or reinforce your scheduled savings accounts.
novobanco Online: To perform the operation, go to the Savings and Investment Menu » Savings » Savings Manage. You should select the account from which you want to withdraw/deposit money and, in the "Operation Type" field, choose "Topup" if you want to deposit money into the savings account, or choose "Redeem" if you want to withdraw from the savings account and transfer the amount to the checking account.
App: Access the main menu, select the "Saving and Investment" area, then the "Savings" option and after “Manage”. Select the account from which you want to make the withdrawal/reinforcement. Below, on the screen, you will have the option to select "Reinforcement" or "Mobilization".

Through novobanco Online, you can activate Via Verde. To perform the operation, access the Daily Operations Menu » Other options » Via Verde » Activation of toll transponder.
