Financing solutions for clients wishing to acquire properties marketed by Developers who have a Financing Arrangement with NOVO BANCO.

This is targeted for appropriate, permanent, second-homes or buy-to-let properties, offering a mortgage term of up to 40 years (provided that the age of the holders does not exceed 75 years at the end of the loan). Spreads from 2.0% without the need to subscribe to additional products.



 

  • FINANCE TO BUY A HOME

    Up to 90% of the purchase price, not exceeding the value of the Deed.

  • FINANCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OR PURCHASE OF LAND + CONSTRUCTION

    Up to 90% of the value of the estate, not exceeding the value of the Land + Construction Project.

  • FINANCE FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT OR EXTENSION

    Up to 100% of the plan value, not exceeding 90% of the property valuation estimate.

  • FINANCE FOR HOUSE PURCHASE + IMPROVEMENTS

    Up to 90% of the estimate for the property to be acquired, including the Works Estimate.
