The volunteering program reflects our purpose of supporting the community, responding to social, economic and environmental challenges, and promoting an internal culture based on participation, solidarity and a sense of belonging.All employees can take part in volunteering initiatives, in partnership with non‑profit organizations, contributing their time, energy and skills to causes that need support.Fazer Bem+ operates in three main areas:
