¹ Stop Order or Stop Loss Order 
A Stop (or Stop Loss) order aims to limit potential losses. The order is sent to the market for execution when the security reaches the stop price defined by the investor. By setting a stop trigger price, the investor can cap losses if the share price is falling in the market.

² Stop Limit Order 
Stop Limit orders can be used for both buy and sell orders.

• Buy orders: the investor sets a maximum purchase price. The security may be executed at that price or lower.

• Sell orders: the investor sets a minimum selling price. The security may be executed at that price or higher.
