Who can receive cashback and how to pay?
To access cashback, you need to meet three simple conditions:

Have a novobanco packaged account
You can open one in branch. All packaged accounts already include cashback.

Have an active novobanco card
It can be a debit or credit card. You can also apply for a credit card 100% online.

In the app or on novobanco Online, authorise data processing to receive campaigns tailored to your profile and select your preference:

It is a programme through which customers benefit from cashback (refunds) on purchases made using a debit or credit card (or virtual cards created from them), in physical shops and online, across more than 300 retailers.
a. You must accept the “Data processing for the presentation of products and services”.
b. Indicate as your preference: “Via novobanco Online and the novobanco App.”
You can receive cashback on in‑store and online purchases, as well as payments made through MB WAY, as long as you use a novobanco card (debit or credit) at a partner retailer and within the campaign period.
What matters is that the purchase is made using a novobanco card.
The applicable period corresponds to the campaign’s validity.
The cashback amount will be credited to your account after the return period defined by each retailer has elapsed. This period may vary depending on the campaign, so we recommend always checking the timeframe shown in each offer.
You can track the cashback refund status in your novobanco App or on novobanco Online, under “Cashback history”.
No. There are no monthly or maximum limits on cashback. You can take advantage of all available campaigns whenever you make purchases with your novobanco cards at partner retailers.
Customers who are over 18, hold a packaged account, are subscribed to Digital Channels, have a novobanco card, and have given consent for “Data processing for the presentation of products and services.”
i. If you do not have a packaged account, you can open one at any branch.
ii. If you have not given consent, you can do so quickly via the App (Settings > Privacy Management) or via novobanco Online (Personalisation and Security > Communication and Privacy > Personal Data Processing).

On the homepage of the novobanco App, you will find between 1 and 4 campaigns available for you. You can click to see more offers, if available.

Cashback will be credited to your account after the purchase return period has ended, depending on the partner brand.
