Reporting of Irregularities / Whistleblowing
Reporting irregularities or whistleblowing helps protect the image and reputation of novobanco and is an important means of detecting misconduct.
If you are aware of any of the irregular situations described below involving novobanco, please report them:
- Breaches within novobanco in the areas of accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing, anti‑corruption, and banking and financial crime, in accordance with CNPD Resolution No. 765/2009;
- Serious irregularities related to novobanco’s management and internal supervision, as well as strong indications of breaches of duties set out in the General Regime of Credit Institutions and Financial Companies or Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council;
- Potential violations of Law No. 83/2017, the regulations implementing it, and internally defined policies, procedures and controls relating to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

How to report irregularities
