The Debit Card
The Debit Card is a contactless debit card issued within the Multibanco and VISA International networks. It can be used in electronic environments, such as ATMs and payment terminals, as well as in open environments, including online payments, in Portugal and abroad.

* For customers without a Packaged Account, MB WAY transfers are subject to a commission of 0.2% of the transfer amount, unless specific conditions apply. No commission is charged if the transfer amount is below €30 and the monthly total is fewer than 25 transfers or less than €150 transferred. This does not apply to Conta Serviços Mínimos - Minimum Banking Services Accounts, where the applicable legal limits apply. For customers with a Packaged Account, MB WAY transfers through the novobanco App are free of charge.
