Youth Debit Card
The Youth Debit Card is a contactless debit card, exclusive to the Youth Account. It allows payments, cash withdrawals and top‑ups, with daily transaction limits to support responsible spending.

Payments and cash withdrawals
Make payments and cash withdrawals with transaction limits per operation:
- Cash withdrawals up to €50.
- Purchases at payment terminals up to €100. Legal guardians may set a lower limit if required.
Free availability
The Youth Debit Card is issued free of charge whenever it is linked to a Youth Account.
The request for this card must be made by the legal guardians.
Legal guardians may also request the Alerts Service by SMS or email, free of charge, to receive notifications about movements on the Youth Account.
MB WAY
Benefit
With the MB WAY app, you can link your novobanco bank cards to your mobile number. When paying, transferring or withdrawing money, all you need is your smartphone or tablet.
Where you can use your Youth Debit Card
- Multibanco network ATMs and payment terminals.
- Merchants that accept VISA and Multibanco, provided they are equipped with payment terminals.
- VISA network ATMs identified with the VISA logo.
- Merchants that accept VISA and are equipped with payment terminals.
