Usage Services, Insurance and AssistanceThe Bank offers two optional services: Stress-Free Usage Service and Stress-Free Usage Plus Service. When you subscribe, you gain complimentary access to a range of insurance and assistance benefits.
With a novobanco credit card, you can subscribe to the Stress-Free Usage Service or Stress-Free Usage Plus Service for an annual fee of €40 or €60 respectively. These services include benefits such as the replacement of one or two emergency cards while abroad and reimbursement of losses resulting from fraudulent transactions, among other features.
The Bank also provides a range of insurance and assistance services at no additional cost when you subscribe.

Protection Pack ServiceWhen you subscribe, the Bank provides complimentary access to Protection Insurance, which covers a monthly payment equal to 10% of the outstanding card balance at the date of the claim, up to a maximum of €750 per month, in the event of: Unemployment, incapacity for work or hospitalisation

Purchases Abroad
No transaction fee on purchases made in euros (€).
Excess Cover up to €50*
Protection of up to €50 excess liability in the event of card loss, theft, misplacement or counterfeiting.
